Returns or changes are accepted within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product by the customer. We emphasize that the date of dispatch of the returned product is considered to be that indicated by the carrier on the receipt. Products to be returned must:
- not have been used.
- there is no falsification or intentional damage in order to return it.
- be accompanied by their purchase invoice.
otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return of the product for change.
For each case of return the customer should contact us via email at email@example.com or by phone at 2651041140. Upon receipt of the product, the necessary check is made for the possibility of defects.
The products to be purchased must be of equal or greater value.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The customer has the right to withdraw, within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of his order for any reason (does not apply to seasonal products).
The refund will be made once we receive the product and find that the refund conditions mentioned above are met, then we will deposit in a bank account that the customer will indicate the full amount of the purchase except the shipping costs for shipping.
If upon receipt of the product from the customer is found a defect or problem of the product, the company will be contacted to resolve the problem immediately. In this case the customer should send relevant detailed photos of the defect, in order to have an accurate understanding of the problem.
The company does not bear any responsibility for the intervening period. For the above reason, you should send it to us exclusively with the transport company that we will indicate to you, free of charge.
